Since 1993, we’ve supported small to mid-sized businesses through Association Health Plans and multi-employer trusts—earning our reputation as a trusted partner in the multiple employer space.

Today, Vimly is more than a benefits technology and third-party administration company. We’re a strategic consultancy, combining purpose-built technology with deep operational expertise to help organizations simplify complexity, reduce costs, and deliver a better benefits experience.

Shannon Jurdana

Chief Executive Officer & Chairman

Shannon founded Vimly in 1993 as a regional service organization, built on the idea that employee benefits work better when they work together as one solution, serving SMBs through AHPs and multi-employer trusts.

As a tech visionary, Shannon has grown Vimly into a world-class benefits technology company, solving some of the most difficult challenges of benefits administration.

Through years of transformation and raising of capital, she has grown Vimly from its roots as a regional service company into the national leader it is today.

Shannon’s leadership has positioned and cemented Vimly in the market as the go-to partner for solutions that support the needs of all stakeholders, including carriers and their distribution partners, consultants, brokers, employers, and employees.

Shannon’s vision continues to earn Vimly accolades: a feature in Forbes, an Association of Washington Business (AWB) Better Business Award, certification as a woman-owned business, recognition as a Top 25 woman-owned business in Seattle, and status as a founding member of the Washington Technology Association Diversity in Tech Pact.

In 2015, Shannon graduated from the Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program (OPM). She also serves on the board of directors for the Northwest Association of Administrators, serving as Vice President for more than a decade. Shannon mentors other women leaders as a member of the Exceptional Women Alliance Foundation (EWA).

Marc Palmer

Chief Commercial Officer

Marc leads and support Vimly’s client services, customer success, sales, marketing, revenue operations, and mergers and acquisitions for Vimly. 

Marc is a seasoned healthcare executive with a history of growing and scaling teams to exceed big goals and deliver next-level results. He is highly energetic, passionate, results-oriented, cares about people, and is a change leader. 

Marc’s expertise is creating data-driven decision-making frameworks that translate strategic visions into profitable operations. He has a track record of developing both strong leaders and teams.

Before joining Vimly, Marc spent 15 years at Express Scripts, Inc., leading sales and creating new departments. He was CEO of ConnectYourCare and inVentiv Health and Chief Operating Officer at SS&C Health and Stonebrook Risk Solutions.

Joseph Carpinelli

Chief Financial Officer

Before joining Vimly, Joe was a financial leader at many organizations, with extensive experience in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors. Joe brings his expertise to scaling finance operations to support growth initiatives, with extensive M&A experience, having led or supported more than 30 transactions throughout his career.

Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Joe has earned both an MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Tiffany Hudspeth

Chief Product Officer

Tiffany leads the Engineering, Product, and Professional Services teams at Vimly.  She is responsible for our product vision, strategy, and market delivery, and balances corporate goals with long-term trends and opportunities.

She is no stranger to Vimly, having first worked for us back in 2010. As a former NCAA athlete, her commitment to excellence, competitive drive, customer focus, technical aptitude, and initiative saw Tiffany quickly promoted through the product management team. Since becoming our product leader, Tiffany has crystallized our product strategy and roadmap and delivered on major organizational initiatives like the third generation of our product suite, SIMON.

Tiffany graduated from Saint Martin’s University and has formal Optimal Product Management & Marketing training. She has many professional certifications and accolades, including Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Tiffany briefly took her talents to Sterling Talent Solutions (STS). At STS, she was responsible for the customer during the entire Professional Services engagement, working intimately with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, innovative solutions.

Tiffany re-joined Vimly as our product leader after gaining experience and expertise working with a large HRIS SaaS product company. Tiffany’s strategic leadership and innovative thinking have been vital to the success of our products. She has built an unparalleled team of product managers and has relentlessly risen the bar with a complete product experience (CPE) philosophy.

Under her CPE philosophy, every detail matters to our product team. Their commitment to customer-centered design has become infectious across the organization and redefined what’s possible.

Sarah Hanley

Vice President of Strategy
